Rule 34
Production rate of return

(1) Rectified spirit from molasses with E.N.A. The manufacturing licensee shall pay a minimum of 66 O.P. per quintal of cash in the furnace every month. At least 20 liters of rectified spirit or 19 liters of E.N.A. And the licensee producing Anhydrous Ethanol shall pay a minimum of 72 O.P. per quintal of Khodo every month. At least 19 liters of ethanol should be produced.
(2) Rectified spirit or ENA from grains. 66 O.P. per quintal in every month from grain falling under Customs Heading 10.06. At least 40 liters of rectified spirit or 38 liters of E.N.A. and Customs: OP 66 per quintal from grains falling under heading 10.06. At least 37 liters of rectified spirit or 35.15 liters of E.N.A. It will have to be produced.
(2a) Forty O.P. A licensee who produces spirit with a lower density alcohol strength than the profit rate of rectified spirit mentioned in sub-rule (1) or (2) must produce spirit in the same proportion. However, in the case of producing malt spirit using only barley, the profit rate will be reduced to a maximum of twenty percent.
(3) The licensee may produce E,.N.A. from 100 liters of rectified spirit produced from any article. A minimum of 95 liters of E.N.A. should be produced.
(3a) A licensee manufacturing spirits may redistillate extra neutral alcohol (ENA) with the permission of the Department if he wishes to redistill it. Thus redistillation of 100 liters of E.N.A. From minimum 98 liters E.N.A. should be produced.
(4) The licensee who produces wine from fruit shall produce wine in the same proportion at the rate of 1.5 liters of wine with 12 percent alcohol content per kilo-fruit in the furnace of every month.
(5) Except as mentioned in sub-rules (1), (2), (2A) and (3), any person shall produce rectified spirit or E.N.A. If you want to produce, you have to submit an application to the department in the format prescribed by the departmentis.
(6) If any application is received as per sub-rule (5), the department shall issue such rectified.sprit or E.N.A. Will maintain the rate of return based on the item used to produce.
(7) The licensee shall supply the rectified spirit, e.n.a. Ba wine production. Production less than the rate mentioned in this rule. If it happens, an application should be submitted to the excise officer for approval with proper and sufficient reasons.
(8) If an application is received from anyone under sub-rule (7), the Excise Officer, after making the necessary inquiry, shall issue the rectified spirit, E,.N.A. (9) If during the investigation according to sub-rule (8) there is no reasonable and sufficient reason for the reduced production based on the nature and quality of the goods used, the excise officer shall inform the licensee of the same and determine the total excise duty levied according to the highest rate of production of that industry for the amount of the difference.
